What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this website, we collect what you type into it:
- your first and last name
- your work email address, and your phone number where the form asks for it
- your dealership or business name
- details about your business where the form asks for them: business type, approximate database size and the DMS or CRM you use
- the service you are asking about, where you use a service page form
- any message you choose to write
Like any website, this one also receives basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep the details you give us so we can reply.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, understand what you need and, if you go ahead, provide the service. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We use technical information to deliver the website and keep it secure, which is also a legitimate interest. We use your details only to deal with your enquiry, and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
We share information only with the providers that make the website and its forms work:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and helps protect it from abuse. It processes technical information such as IP addresses.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google.
- A form service receives your enquiry when you send a form and emails it to us. It acts on our behalf.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK law for transfers of personal data.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete your details after 30 days. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we provide the service and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your details
- stop or limit how we use them
- send them to you, or to someone else, in a usable format
You can also object to us using your details. To do any of this, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
