CREDIT WHERE IT’S DUE

Where Seez is strong.

01

Scale across markets

Pinewood says Connect is live in 25 countries, handling around 50,000 chat sessions a month for 2,000 dealers.

02

Native to Pinewood

For dealers already on the Pinewood DMS, Seez comes from the same group, backed by a listed company.

03

Aftersales and many languages

Serve focuses on service bookings and lapsed service customers, and Connect works in all major languages.

THE DIFFERENCE

Where Dealership AI works differently.

01

Run for you, not by you

Dealership AI is a managed service. Your team does not configure or operate another tool. Ready buyers simply arrive with context.

02

Phone and missed calls included

A call nobody answers is an enquiry nobody follows up. Dealership AI recovers missed calls alongside WhatsApp, SMS, web chat and social.

03

Not tied to one DMS

Dealership AI works around Keyloop, Pinewood, CDK, Gemini, Dragon2000 and Dealerweb, so it fits multi-franchise groups on mixed systems.

WHICH FITS

Choosing between them.

SEEZ MAY SUIT YOU IF
  • You are on the Pinewood DMS and want AI from the same supplier
  • You have the staff to set up and run AI software in-house
  • You sell in several countries or languages, or aftersales is the priority
DEALERSHIP AI MAY SUIT YOU IF
  • You want the work done for you, with no new system to run
  • Missed calls and phone enquiries are a problem
  • You want old leads, finance paperwork and new enquiries handled in one managed service, on Pinewood or any other UK DMS
